How do I track my order?
You can track your order by visiting our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your tracking number to get the latest updates on your shipment’s status.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.
How secure is my online order?
When you make a purchase, all of your payment information is entered on a SSL-secured webpage. Your data is encrypted and sent directly to our payment processor, where the transaction is authorized and approved. TATTMUSE does not store your credit card details on our servers.
When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours after placing your order.
Can I use several discount codes in one order?
Unless explicitly stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
What do I do if I have missing items in my order?
If an item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Are there any exchange rates?
All transactions are processed in US Dollars. If your credit card is based in another currency, the transaction total will be calculated according to the daily exchange rate when your card issuer processes the payment.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We reserve the right to accept or decline an order at any time after it’s placed, even after you receive an order confirmation or your credit card has been authorized. If the credit card is authorized and the order is canceled, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
Cancellation Policy: Orders canceled after being placed will incur a 30% cancellation fee due to merchant processor fees. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Once an order is processed or shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We recommend using a residential address to avoid potential delays due to customs holds at vacation addresses.
